Phuket – Bangkok, le dernier bus du voyage et surement le plus luxueux: Gearoid pouvait meme etaler ses grandes jambes !
Phuket – Bangkok, the last bus of the trip and certainly the most luxurious : Gearoid was even able to stretch his long legs !
Apres 12h de bus, nous sommes arrives a la « cite des anges » tot le matin et avons passe notre journee a recuperer, entre dodo et centre de massages 
Le soir, repas sur le bord de la riviere Chao Phraya…
After a 12 hour journey, we arrived in the « city of angels » early in the morning and split our day between sleeping and a massage centre
In the evening, dinner on the river Chao Phraya…
Le lendemain, balade dans la ville et leche-vitrine dans les centres commerciaux de Siam Centre et MBK, entoures d'ados thailandais.
The following day, we walked around the city and did some window-shopping in the commercial centres Siam Centre and MBK, surrounded by Thai teen-agers.
On s'est ensuite diriges vers le marche du week-end de Chatuchak. Gearoid a endure 2 heures de shopping et la je me suis dit que vraiment, c’etait un sur-homme.
We decided to head towards the week-end market of Chatuchak. Gearoid endured 2 hours of shopping and I realised there that he must have super-powers to put up with that.
A la fin de la journee, nous avons marche en quete de notre destination finale...(Non, pas l'ambassade de France!)
At the end of the day, we walked towards our final destination…(No, not the French embassy!)

Eh bien c’est au sommet de cet immeuble, l’un des plus hauts de Bangkok, que nous passons notre soiree.
Well, it is at the top of this building, one of the highest in Bangkok, that we spent our night.
Bar Vertigo, 59th floor, strict dress code. A bit of luxuary sometimes, doesn't hurt.
Bar Vertigo, 59eme etage, tenue correcte exigee. Et oui les amis, un peu de luxe parfois, ca fait pas de mal…
(c'etait tellement haut qu'on pouvait voir une piste d'helicoptere sur l'immeuble d'en face!)
(it was so high that we could even see an helicopter pad on the building in front of us)
Ceci dit on n'est pas alles au resto car partager des frites a deux - le plat le moins cher - ca faisait un peu tache
We didn't go to the restaurant though cos sharing a plate of chips - the least expensive meal - would have been a bit embarassing
