Bolaven Plateau 1 (nature)

8 heures de bus depuis Kratie et nous voici au Laos!

La ville de Pakse n'ayant rien d'exceptionnel (hormis un barbier permettant a Gearoid de retrouver la vue), nous sommes partis pour la journee avec un groupe a la decouverte du Plateau de Bolaven.

8 hours on a bus from Kratie and voila, here we are in Laos!

Since the city of Pakse hadn't anything to write home about (except a barber who helped Gearoid to regain his sight), we left with a group for the day to explore the Bolaven Plateau.

Cette region est connue pour ses plantations de the et de cafe

This area is well-known for its tea and coffee plantations

Pour les bombardements qu'elle a subi durant la guerre du Vietnam (ci-dessous une grenade et un missile)

From the bombings it suffered during the Vietnam war (below a grenade and a missile)

Et pour ses suberbes cascades Tat Lo et Tat Fan. Impressionnant!

And for its amazing waterfalls Tat Lo and Tat Fan. Impressive!
